Corp. Micro Bird, Inc. (Micro Bird) is recalling certain 2022-2023, 2025 T-Series and 2022-2026 G5 transit buses. The power cable providing electricity to the air conditioning control board may have a loose connection to the power stud on the board.

Consequence

A loose power cable connection may cause the control board to overheat and melt, increasing the risk of a fire.

Remedy

Dealers will secure the power cable and power stud as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 30, 2026. Owners can contact Micro Bird Customer Service at 819-477-2012. Micro Bird's number for this recall is 25-118-SUC.

Corp. Micro Bird, Inc. (Micro Bird) is recalling one 2022 G5 transit bus. During wheel alignment, the alignment ring was installed at an incorrect angle, which can cause the wheels to become misaligned.

Consequence

Misaligned wheels may result in uneven tire wear and stress on the suspension, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy

Consequence

The service door may not open, preventing evacuation of the vehicle in case of emergency, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy

Corp. Micro Bird, Inc. (Micro Bird) is recalling certain 2002-2015 MB II, 2008-2026 G5, and 2015-2026 T-Series transit buses. An installation error may prevent the wheelchair tie-downs from locking, leaving the wheelchair improperly secured.

Consequence

An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit or a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy
